Our internal thermal blinds are removable window covers made with seven-layer insulating material. They fit inside your vehicle and attach to the glass using supplied suction pads.

They provide privacy and help limit heat transfer through the windows, making them useful for overnight camping in both summer and winter.

Match the vehicle model and year range first, then select the wheelbase and window configuration where those options are offered. A tailgate, twin rear barn doors and one or two sliding doors can each require a different set.

For example, our Ford Transit Custom listing separates 2012–2023 vehicles from the newer 2024-onwards generation. Do not assume blinds for one generation will fit another.

A front set is for the cab glazing: the windscreen and front door windows. A full set adds covers for the rear glazing specified by that vehicle’s selected configuration.

Choose the option that matches your actual windows. A full set for a passenger van may not match a panel van conversion with only one or two aftermarket windows.

No. These removable thermal screens attach with the included suction pads, so you do not need curtain rails or permanent fixing brackets.

Clean and dry the inside of the glass before fitting. Position each cover over its matching window and press the suction pads firmly against the glass.

The insulating layers help reduce heat loss through the covered glass. Covering the cab windows is particularly useful when they form part of your campervan’s living or sleeping space.

Blinds work alongside your van’s insulation and heating. They do not generate heat, and the temperature inside will still depend on the weather, ventilation and the rest of the conversion.

Yes. Covering the windows helps limit heat gain through the glass. Fit the blinds before the interior becomes hot, particularly when the vehicle is parked in direct sunlight.

For better comfort, combine window covers with shade and ventilation. Blinds cannot guarantee a safe interior temperature for people or animals in a parked vehicle.

The opaque material blocks the view through the covered glass. For nighttime privacy, fit each blind closely to its window and check the edges with your interior lights switched on.

Any uncovered window or gap can still allow a view inside. Cover all the glazing around your sleeping and changing areas for more complete privacy.

Do not expect internal blinds to eliminate condensation. Moisture from breathing, cooking and wet clothing can still collect on cold glass behind the covers.

Keep your ventilation operating overnight. In the morning, remove the blinds, wipe away moisture and let both the glass and covers dry before storing them.

Fit depends on the shape and size of the glazing. An aftermarket opening window, its frame or a differently shaped conversion window may not match a cover designed for factory glass.

Before ordering, send us the window brand or model, measurements and photos. Include details of opening sections and handles so we can check whether the standard set is suitable.

Release each suction pad from the glass instead of pulling the whole blind away by force. Let the covers dry completely before putting them away.

Store them away from sharp tools and heavy equipment that could damage the material or fixings. Remove window covers before driving so you have a clear view.
