WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 60-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item!
Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
HOW TO DO A RETURN
Step 1: Contact our support team with your order number and name
Step 2: Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point. You can also ship directly to:

Step 3: Your return and refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days in busy periods.
RETURNING ALLOY WHEELS?
We accept returns on alloy wheels within 60 days of delivery, provided they are in brand new, unused condition. Alloys must not have been fitted to a vehicle, must be fit for resale, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by PLAY DIRTY
